Help at Home: A Guide to Assist San Mateo County Residents to Remain at Home, 2009/2011 - NEW in English!

Help at Home is a mini-reference guide published by the San Mateo County Commission on Aging. This guide, which contains a wide variety of information in a user-friendly format, is designed to assist San Mateo County adults of all incomes to remain safely in their homes. Subjects covered in the guide include: adult day centers, grocery shopping / food services, home care, hospitals, medical insurance assistance, senior centers, senior dining centers, support groups and transportation.
